The orange is some nameless sample val cox frit - from her experiments. So a blend of oranges. The centre spot is an accident - an artifact of the clear punty being pushed too hard into the cabochon - so that the centre of the cab is transparent, and apparent, so was the frit right there - and further out, it is opaque. But a happy accident.
I kept trying to fix it while I was making it, and eventually gave up!
